The important of environmental awareness and industrial hygiene for workers

Abstract Environmental damage caused by industrial development is not only a result of activities, but also the demands human life which require humans to adapt environment and all its changes through education technology. In this case, change in behavior managing natural resources needed as solution these problems. PT. X Bojenegara - Banten, engaged oil gas industry still happening. Most causes environmental region such air pollution, water, soil workers who don’t have an attitude awareness work. Several factors, namely Industrial Hygiene program used see connection with at X. This research was conducted Bojonegara, Banten February 2015 March using quantitative approach. Data were collected questionnaires, field observation in-depth interviews. There are 79 respondents 5 informants analyzed univariate, bivariate multivariate statistics. The shown that there any relationship between worker (R = 0.292). correlation value 0.292 indicates moderate. conclusion from results shows higher more understanding program, better workers.
